Macjoy Factory covers an area of 17000 sqm, and mainly specializes in the design and production of customized curtain wall panels and windows. The factory has two workshops, a profile warehouse, and a two-story office building.
5 sets of OYT CNC machining center, compound angle double-head saw, arbitrary angle double-head saw, copy milling and door and window corner forming machine.
2 assembly lines (1 automatic line and 1 manual lines ). Dedicated platform for framing, constant temperature sealing room, multiple two-component sealing machine, travelling cranes, automatic vacuum suction cup cranes, hoister for unitized panels, etc.
Aluminum profile machining: 10T/Day; Unitized curtain wall: 100,000 sqm/Year; Stick curtain wall: 200,000 sqm/Year.
