About Factory
Macjoy Factory covers an area of 17000 m2, and mainly specializes in the design and production of customized curtain wall panels and windows.
The factory has two workshops, a profile warehouse, and a two-story office building.
Machining Workshop
5 sets of OYT CNC machining center, compound angle double-head saw, arbitrary angle double-head saw, copy milling and door and window corner forming machine.
Assembly Workshop
2 assembly lines (1 automatic line and 1 manual lines )
Dedicated platform for framing, constant temperature sealing room, multiple two-component sealing machine, travelling cranes, automatic vacuum suction cup cranes, hoister for unitized panels, etc.
